Wedding Reception Proposal
We are pleased to offer the following wedding reception proposal for the Davis and Rodriguez
wedding:
Date: Saturday, April 23, 20-Time: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: Lovington Lodge Ballroom
Number of guests: 250
The Menu
Food will be served buffet style at four stations. Fruit, cheese, and garden vegetable hors
d’oeuvres are served at Station One. Station Two presents a seafood combination of shrimp,
oysters, and pan-seared mahi-mahi. At Station Three, guests can choose from a variety of salads,
pastas, and warm breads. Station Four provides a choice of three entrees: beef tenderloin,
chicken cordon bleu, and vegetable lasagna. Station Five is reserved for the bride’s and groom’s
cakes to be provided by the bride and her family.
Seated guests will be served their choice of ice water, tea, or coffee. The budget is $70 per
person for food.
Equipment Rental
Stephens Catering will provide the china, glass stemware, flatware, table cloths and napkins,
serving trays, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. We will also provide the table decorations.
The Lovington Lodge Ballroom rental, which we will arrange, includes guest seating and dining
tables.
Music
Musical entertainment during dinner and after dinner dancing is provided by the Lovington
Lodge Trio which we will also book for you.
Serving Staff
The serving staff includes a supervising chef and one cook, four buffet table attendants, seven
waiters, two food runners, and a three-person delivery, setup, and cleanup crew.
Cost Estimates
The estimated cost for the reception based on 250 guests is $28,000 as follows:
