Troy Garland, MBA, BA, RN, Senior Director Outcomes and Clinical Innovation, GetWellNetwork is a
registered nurse who has dedicated his professional life to improving the care delivery process within
the profession. Focused on transformational leadership, Troy challenges the status quo and promotes
innovative solutions in the industry to improve care delivery. Troy earned his Bachelors in Nursing from
Gustavus Adolphus College, and his MBA in Healthcare Management from University of Phoenix. He has
a broad range of clinical experience and has been in healthcare leadership positions for the past 15
years. Troy is currently at GetWellNetwork serving as the Senior Director of Outcomes and Clinical
Innovation. In this role, Troy consults with industry and hospital staff and leaders developing Interactive
Patient Care (IPC) strategies. IPC model integrates clinical practice with technology to engage patients
and caregivers around meaningful interactions and favorable outcomes.
