 Attend the required study times and complete learner activities unless there is a legitimate reason.
 Agree that failure to attend study times/training programmes (unless for a legitimate reason) may
result in costs being recovered from my department.
 Submit or participate in the required academic or practical assignments to meet the programme
schedule.
 Complete each programme contained within the level within a designated time frame that has been
agreed with my line manager.

particular training/development).

I have had an Appraisal (Performance Review) with the individual and agree to support them as part of their
personal development to achieve the learning outcomes of the Management and Leadership Development
Programme and to enable them to bring learning back into the department and Trust.
I agree to:
 Maintain contact with the individual and discuss their progress throughout the programme.
 Contact the Organisational Development Team [email protected] or 02392 322028 if further
support for the individual is required.
 Allow reasonable time off to complete development that does not compromise the needs of the
service.
 Agree reasonable study days/study hours sufficient to enable completion.
