Right of withdrawal
The user may withdraw from the contract
within 14 (fourteen) days as of conclusion of
the Agreement by notifying the Bank thereof in
writing.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the
Card must be returned and the amounts of the
Operations, the Interest and other fees arising
from the use of the Card must be refunded to
the Bank not later than within thirty (30) days
after the submission of the withdrawal
declaration to the Bank.
