MUNCHKIN MANOR WEBCAM DAYCARE
“DROP-IN ONLY” CHILD CARE CONTRACT
This contract is to determine the child care rates for the __________________________ family.
RATE AGREEMENT
I understand that the charges for daycare services for my family will be based upon the following rate schedule.

Drop in rates are charged for families not committing to at least 2 days per week, or for less than 48 hours notice on turning in a schedule.
Daytime Daily Rates
6am – 6pm
Before School (6a-7a)
After School (330p-6p)
Evening Rates (when a child is
picked up after 6pm)


Infants & Toddlers (0-36
months)
Preschool (3 – 5 years)
Full Day $47.50 (6a – 6p)
Half Day – $35(6a-12p OR 12p-6p)
Full Day $40 (6a – 6p)
Half Day $27.50 (6a –12 p OR 12p-6p)
$25 per night (plus $5.50 per hour if child
attends more than 4 hours)
$22.50 per night (plus $5 per hour if child
attends more than 4 hours)
School Age
$5 per day
$10 per day
$20 per night (plus $5 per hour if child
attends more than 4 hours)
Payments are due the day of service or the last day the child attends during the week. Payments not received by the
Friday directly following the child’s attendance will be subject to a late fee of $5 per day, with future services suspended.
Collection efforts will begin at 30 days of non-payment.
Parents are not committing to any amount of hours on a weekly basis, except what they schedule, or what the child
actually attends, whichever is greater.

ATTENDANCE
_______ While we love to make new friends, space is not guaranteed for drop-in children. We can only accept drop-ins as space
allows. Providing 24-48 hours notice to the daycare is helpful to both parties in arranging last minute care.
________Payment obligation is based on the time slot that you agree to use for childcare, not only on actual hours of attendance.
Daycare fees will be charged based on minimum reserved days/times or the child’s actual attendance, whichever is greater.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
________ I understand that payment is due on the date of service for drop in child care, OR the last day that my child attends
during a week (if attending multiple days).
________ I further understand that I am required to leave a valid credit card on file with the daycare, and I authorize that card to be
processed for any charges I neglect to pay on time.
PARENT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Please initial below to indicate that you have read and understand the following.
________ I understand have access to Munchkin Manor Webcam Daycare’s policies online and I agree to follow all of the policies
contained on the website. I understand that it is my responsibility as a parent to read and know these policies and how they
pertain to my family. I understand that MMWD has the right to update its policies at the discretion of the Director at any time and I
agree to follow long-standing and updated policies to the best of my ability.
_______ I have received a copy of (and further understand that I have online access to) Munchkin Manor Webcam Daycare’s
current rate schedule, and late payment fee policy. I understand the rates that will be charged for my children and fees that will be
added (if applicable) according to these policies. I understand that if MMWD needs to increase rates, or amend any of these
policies, I will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance.
_______I understand that Munchkin Manor Webcam Daycare does NOT accept DHS child care assistance for DROP-IN clients.
Parents are responsible to pay their bill in full on the day of service. The DHS billing cycle is long and involved, the term “Drop-in”
implies the exact opposite. Regular weekly attendance is required for DHS assistance payment s to be billed, processed and
accepted.
_______I understand that if I fail to make any payments for services rendered, MMWD will pursue alternate means of collecting fees
owed if my account remains more than 30 days delinquent, which could include turning the account over to a collection agency
that will report on my credit score, or filing a claim against me in small claims court which could result in wage garnishment. I further
understand that all filing fees and legal fees MMWD incurs in the process of trying to collect the debt will be added to my account
and will be my responsibility to pay.
By signing this agreement, the parent or guardian agree to comply with all the terms covered in this contract and on the MMWD
website. The parent or guardian understands that this is a legally binding contract. Persons signing this contract shall be responsible
for payment, and shall at this time enter into an agreement with Munchkin Manor Webcam Daycare for the care of the children
listed herein.
