Alliteration

Alliteration is a poetic element where many or most of the words in a
sentence or phrase begin with the same letter or blend. Sometime
alliteration can remind you of a “tongue twister.”
Example: Little Lily Lovelace loves Lulu's look.
In the following sentences, circle the beginning letter or blend in each
word that shows alliteration.
Timmy took two turnips to the Tasty Tavern.
Shelton showed Shawn a short shaggy sheep.
Cullen carried colored candy to California.
Bob brought Betsy a big blue bunch of bad bacteria.
Greg greeted Greta with a grouchy green gorilla.
On the lines below, write some alliteration of your own.
