Talon Theatre Talent Development Scholarship Application Form

The Martinez family has a great love for Santa Margarita Catholic High School and especially the
Performing Arts programs. Their daughter Andrea, Class of 2015, received such an amazing foundation
in Talon Theatre that propelled her to her college career that the family feels deeply that they want other
students to have assistance to give them the same opportunities.
CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
Awarded to junior students in the Talon Theatre.
 Demonstrate financial need. FACTS Application required.
 Good academic standing at SMCHS with a minimum GPA of 3.0
 Membership in Thespian Honor Society/Rank
 Documentation of program to which funds would be applied
 Completion of the Martinez Family Scholarship application form.
 Optional Interview if necessary for selection
 The scholarship recipient will write an acknowledgement letter to the donor
with a copy to SMCHS Advancement Department.
 Resume.
