communicate with any controls and act autonomously.
The Industrial shuttle is a revolution for the
intralogistics market up to 200 kg! The
intelligent transport system links the production with monorails on which self-propelled
shuttles bring goods and materials from one
processing station to the next - automatically,
reliably and 24/7.
The monorail system montrac® is extremely
space saving and efficient due to very small
curve radii and track switches. In addition
to the compact construction, the system
does not require an enclosure. Thanks to
its modular design it is infinitely expandable
and also extremely flexible since the system
can be adapted to modified processes at
any time. The space required occupies only
a fraction compared to other conveyor
systems. The shuttles (transport vehicles)
are designed for customer-specific product carriers, on which a separate power
supply is available. Thus the most different
applications such as turning stations, test
systems or conveyor belts can be installed.
The application ranges from the linking of
individual systems to a complete factory
automation. In conjunction with the material
flow controller the transport movements
are constantly monitored and the montrac®
system is optimally utilized. The shuttles
communicate with each other via infrared
signals and adjust their routing appropriately via integrated Smart Technology even
during ongoing operation. Via standard
interfaces montrac® can interact independently with additional systems or third-party
components.
Despite its speed of 20 m/min the Industrial Shuttle 200 is freely accessible: Several
sensors, the covering of the shuttle axis and
the low voltage of 24 or 48 volts make a
barrier redundant.
Integrated sensor-controlled
safety technology
Safe 24 / 48 V operation
Thanks to the low voltage there is no need for an
extensive protection against contact.
Very fast
With its speed of 20 m/min it is four times
faster than conventional transport systems.
High energy efficiency
Power consumption at standstill only sensational 0.1 A;
at 20 m/min only 0.7 A and during acceleration 2.1 A.
Low noise
With less than 59 decibels the montrac® noise
level corresponds to a normal conversation.

The shuttles and switches are the only active components in the system. Due
