An intense working relationship to the basics of astrology suitable for
everyone wishing to learn the astrological language of planets, signs,
houses and aspects. Derek has been teaching students in Scandinavia for more 25 years, which is your guarantee for quality and successful learnng. Each session will focus upon exploring students’
own horoscope, looking at each of the planets in the12 signs, combined with its house placement and related aspects to other planets.
To also help integrate the material and to accelerate practical skills,
students are invited to complete homework in-between each lesson.
Derek creates a dynamic and enjoyable climate for unfolding each
students’ own skills and resources, leading to increased confidence
and ultimately mastery with the astrological basics.

A d v a n c e d S c h o o l – P a r t 1:

The focus of the Advanced School is building upon basic astrological knowledge of the meaning of planets, signs, houses &
aspects – and putting it all together to create the whole person.
This includes a deeper exploring of the human psyche, with its
psychological and spiritual dimensions; working with light & shadow,
the individual’s relationship to family, partners & the collective; the
love-will, change-maintenance polarities etc.
Here students are introduced to the psychological system of
Psychosynthesis, which is ideally suited to combine with the
astrological language. Students are also introduced to a series of
techniques for establishing future trends, i.e. transits, progressions,
solar returns and midpoints.

Advanced School – Part 2 – 10 Sessions
If enough committed students register for the training in Part 2,
scheduled to begin in early 2008, the focus will be upon unfolding
counselling skills, learning how to apply the astrological language
& psychology to individual clients with their specific problems and
challenges. There is also training in how to work with couple
counselling, using 2 horoscopes with Synastry & Composite
techniques.
Advanced School – Part 3 – 10 Sessions
During mid-2008 the School Training now introduces a new
dimension that builds upon the Basic training and Advanced
studies – Spiritual Astrology.
The focus of Part 3 is the relationship between the Personality and
the Soul. Astrology is now recognised as the Language of Energy,
and the Science of Energy Relationships, which is the Science of
Light.
This level introduces knowledge of the 7 Rays and exploring the
horoscope from this perspective.
INTRODUCING DEREK R. SEAGRIEF:
Born in London 1952, came to Denmark in 1978 and has been a fulltime professional Astrologer-Counsellor for 30 years. Specialising in
the psychological-spiritual dimensions of counsciousness, with
mastery over a wide variety of astrological disciplines, including
many symbol-systems eg. Tarot, Kabbalah, Visual Arts etc.
Trained in Psychosynthesis.
Tour leader for Scandinavian Groups to UK ”In the Footsteps of
Merlyn” & ”Exploring Eternal Egypt” for 20 years.
During the 1990’s Derek established the highly successful ”Unicorn
School for Astro-Psychology”, a 2-Year Training Program in
Astrological Psychology & Psychosynthesis, in Copenhagen,
Stockholm and Bergen. Derek is a regular contributor with articles
to magazines & speaker at international Conferences.
Internationally based clientel focussed upon UK & Scandinavia.
