Senior Shout-‐outs Yearbook ads at a newly-‐REDUCED PRICE Congratulate your senior and wish them well in their next phase, thank the staff who were the difference, give a shout-‐out to the class of 2014!! Would you like to have your own message to someone special included in the 2013-‐2014 yearbook??? Here’s your opportunity to make the 2013-‐2014 yearbook even more personal, and at a reduced price. 3 shout-‐out ad sizes are available : • $75 $50 business card size – Up to 50 words and one photo • $125 $90 quarter page – up to 90 words and one or two photo/images • $225 $150 half page – up to 120 words of text plus two or three photo/images Ads are due November 19! Don’t delay! 1) Select shout-‐out size below (all funds go to defray yearbook costs): __ business card ($50) __ ¼ page ($90) ___1/2 page ($150) 2) PRINT text exactly as it should be spelled/punctuated/capitalized (use back or email) 2) Attach photo(s) or email photo(s) to [email protected] . If emailing, be sure to put ‘senior shout-‐outs’ in the subject line and include your name, phone, ad size selected, and any caption for your photo. Photos must be jpegs at least 3 inches wide and 300 dpi. 3) Email the information below to [email protected] OR place this completed form in Ms. Power’s box. Payment must accompany orders, and we accept cash or checks made out to ‘DESAP’ with ‘senior shout out’ on the memo line, or contact Ms Power to pay with a credit card. Questions?
