POSITION TITLE: Senior Court Operations Consultant / Multimedia Producer
MINIMUM SALARY: $33.00/hr
DEPARTMENT: Strategic Planning Unit
HOURS ALLOCATED: Up to 1,248
SUMMARY: Provide leadership and administrative support to court programs and projects. Plans, implements and
manages projects of responsibility. Develops content for multimedia presentations and coordinates productions
involving the judiciary. Analyzes data for written presentations.
Provides broad range of production services, ranging from scouting location and coordinating with in-house talent and
complying with Administrative Order S-29-96-109. Sets up all shoots and uses a Panasomic AG-HMC 150 AVC CAM
or equivalent and an ARRI light kit. Edits and transcodes files for appropriate media.

6 years of experience and proficient in obtaining information, knowledge, and conceptions by observation,
investigation, interpretation, visualization, and mental creation
6 years of experience and proficient in synthesizing or integrating analysis of data or information to discover
facts or develop knowledge or interpretations
Bachelor’s degree in Television Production or related field
6 years of experience in customer service relations and project management
6 years of experience and proficient in producing informational television programs that meet broadcast
standards
6 years of experience and proficient in lighting grip/electric field shoots
6 years of experience and proficient in audio technician field shoots
6 years of experience and proficient in photography field shoots, broadcast camera operations, Sony DXC30 or
equivalent, as well as proficient in the operation of a Panasomic AG-HMC150 AVCCAM or equivalent
6 years of experience and proficient in post production, including Avid Express and Avid Media Composer
6 years of experience and proficient in the operation of Avid Express Pro non-linear editing system
6 years of experience and proficient in the operation of Photoshop and After Effects
6 years of experience and proficient in the operation of Sound Forge and Adobe Audition
6 years of experience and proficient in transcoding files from different formats, including Windows Media,
QuickTIme, .mpeg4, H2654, etc. to include viewing on the web
6 years of experience and proficient in set up and the operation of teleprompter devices
3 years of experience and proficient capturing files, including Sony Beta and transferring digital files from cards
2 years of experience and proficient creating forms, using 508 standards for ADA compliance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

provides leadership in planning, implementing and managing projects for employee education
develops informational material for public regarding court related processes, i.e., arraignments, etc.
assists AOC and judiciary in producing multimedia content for targeted audiences
provides training for judiciary and AOC staff related to professional development
provides coordination of and scheduling of all aspects of production, including scouting locations, scheduling
any crew (if available) and tools for production, as well as meeting with talent and/or interview subjects prior to
in-house productions, i.e., arraignments, investitures or educational videos and operation of teleprompter device
develops scripts, reviews and edits submitted scripts for field productions
translates arraignment videos from English to Spanish, including creating graphics, to ensure due process rights
are guaranteed for the Spanish speaking population
captures all interviews and b-roll; maintains a library of all raw footage; digitizes footage and selects footage to
create an Edit Decision List in Avid Express Pro or Media Composer, resulting in a rough-cut for approval
records and captures all voice over lines and creates a sound file and/or mastering audio files that will be
transcoded to designated video format
outputs the rough-cut with graphics, animations, music, titles, lower-thirds for videos and digitizes for creation

of output master and encode for designated format
transcodes files for web, DVD authoring, social media, tablets and/or smartphone devices
creates templates, banners, crawls and closed captioning
videotapes remote forensic interviews of children with allegations of abuse for the Children’s Justice Center,
i.e., hospitals, homes, jails, etc.
creates or modifies content for pages as website designer/developer, including interactive forms that meet ADA
compliance
provides reports and data relative to the progress and results of projects as required, including web statistical
usage reports.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION In addition to a professional resume indicating
requirements are met or exceeded, a signed Statement of Acknowledgement of the Minimum Requirements must be
