Rules & Policies
The Welcome Home Collaborative is a program and not a full time employment opportunity.
In participating in this program, you will be participating in the rules & policies as listed below.
In participating in the Welcome Home Collaborative program, I understand and agree to the following:
1. I agree that in order to participate in the Welcome Home work program that I a must attend a
minimum of four weeks of the Jobs Plus training / screening program.
2. I will not allow illegal drugs and alcohol on the workplace.
3. I understand and agree to random, periodic drug screens on the workplace.
4. I understand that if I test positive for drugs I will be immediately suspended from working with
Welcome Home program.
5. I understand and agree to random, periodic alcohol breathalyzer tests.
6. I understand that if I test positive for alcohol, I will be immediately sent home.
7. I understand that If I continue to fail alcohol and/or drug tests, this could and will lead to being
removed from the program.
8. I understand that working for the Welcome Home Collaborative is done on a part-time basis with
an hourly wage only and does not include health, dental, insurance, or benefits of any kind.
9. I may opt to participate in both the Welcome Home Housing Program as well as the Welcome
Home Work Program at the same time. If I choose to participate in both programs, I may choose
to agree to have my housing expense deducted from my pay.
10. I understand that these rules and policies are subject to change by my Workplace Supervisor and
the Welcome Home Collaborative leadership.
