4. FIRST AID MEASURES: Eyes: rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Skin:. Rinse with plenty of soap & water and seek medical advice.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Rinse with water. Consult physician.
Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Consult a physician. Notes to Physician: Treat symptomatically and supportively.
5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES: General Info: As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressuredemand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear Water runoff can cause environmental damage.
Dike and collect water used to fight fire. Dusts at sufficient concentrations can form explosive mixtures with air. During
a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.
Special Hazards Arising: Carbon & Lead oxides. Fire Extinguishing: Water spray, Carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder
or alcohol-resistant foam. Flash Point: N/A. Auto-ignition Temperature: N/A. Explosion Limits: Not available.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURE: General Information: Use proper PPE as indicated in Section 8.
Spills/Leaks: Clean up spills immediately, observing precautions in the Protective Equipment section. Sweep up, then
place into a suitable container for disposal. Avoid generating dusty conditions. Provide ventilation. Please under an
inert atmosphere. Do not let product enter drains. Discharge into the environment must be avoided.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE: Handling: Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate ventilation. Minimize
dust generation and accumulation. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Store protected from air.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances. Keep containers tightly closed.
Do not expose to air. Store under an inert atmosphere. Light and Air sensitive.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION:
Engineering Controls: Facility storing or utilizing this material should be equipped with an eyewash facility and safety
shower. Use adequate ventilation to keep airborne concentrations low.
