Mission Statement
We do our best to positively IMPACT our customers, team members, and community
Core Values
On October 14, 1998, the members of our Company declared and agreed upon a list of core values. These are statements
that apply to all employees at every level. They are a declaration of the way in which we will treat each other and expect to
be treated and how we want to be viewed by those who look at our company.
Quality Customer Service: We exceed expectations by under promising and over delivering; we are effective and thorough;
we strive to complete every task better and quicker than expected; we build long term win-win relationships; we set a positive
example.
The Golden Rule: We treat everyone both within and outside of our Company in the way that we would like to be treated.
Excellent Profits: We see above average profits as one of the essential traits of excellent and highly IMPACTing
companies. We plan to use profits to build a strong foundation, be debt free, and positively IMPACT our employees and the
world.
Attitude: We do our best to build up our team members and the Company. We don’t tolerate gossip, complaining, and
negative attitudes in ourselves or others. We focus on reaching solutions and making this a great place to work.
Teamwork: We are positive and helpful; we work together and for each other; we pitch in to help each other on whatever
needs to be done. There is no job below me. We think of others and the team as more important than ourselves.
Effective and Enjoyable Work Environment: We are professionals; we each do our best to contribute to a positive work
atmosphere; we confront and resolve conflict quickly and effectively; we speak the truth with kindness; we are flexible; we
welcome change and grow with it.
Respect: We are all important to the success of the Company and the well being of each other; we value each other’s
distinctive qualities and will not discriminate, harass or be unkind to anyone based on sex, race, age, religion or any
individual differences. If we become aware of issues in this area or any other that cause negative impact, we commit to
reporting these issues directly to HR and to the Company owner immediately in writing. We will not allow negative impacts
or our inactions to undo so many people’s efforts to positively IMPACT people.
Excellence-Accountability-Productivity: We fight the natural propensity for a people-friendly place to become lax.
Excellence: We take pride in making our work and company the best in the state…exceeding standards…doing things
better than they have ever been done before. Accountability: We speak the truth with kindness when we see the need for
change. We try a second or third time if we don’t see the needed change. When we are on the receiving end of constructive
criticism, we exhibit a teachable spirit instead of becoming defensive. Productivity: We take pride in our systematic
approach to continually press the envelope to produce more volume with less cost, higher quality and better customer
satisfaction. We work hard to do our best at everything we do.
Growth: We welcome growth, change, and opportunity. We challenge ourselves and inspire others to grow in knowledge
and responsibility; we write personal and company goals and strive to achieve them; we allow room to make a mistake
without retribution.
Communication: We communicate effectively both up and down the organization; we listen; we are straightforward, but
kind and considerate; we focus on issues.
Integrity: Bottom line, we are consistent in our behavior and do our best even when nobody is watching us. We are honest
to ourselves and others; we do the right things for the right reasons; we admit when we are wrong; we are not afraid to say,
“I am sorry” when we make a mistake. We are worthy of trust; we are there for each other; we do what we say we will do.
As long as I am an employee in an IMPACT Company I commit to the following:
 I will live by the Core Values while at work
 I welcome being held accountable to living the Core Values
 I will use the 123 Rule to hold others accountable to live the Core Values
