Also, explain the effect this decision had on the lives of those in Mrs. Lacks’ family. 2. Research has moved forwards by leaps and bounds since the propagation of the HeLa cell. Investigate and explain the uses of these cells in at least three different current (within the last 20 years) discoveries or fields of research.
