June, 2003 to April 2012: working in Barnett , Marcellus and Utica Shale Plays, East Texas, West Texas, Oklahoma, Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania conducting acquisition of oil and gas leases, easements, and title research, including runsheets and curative. 1998 to June 2003: Project Manager: Dominion Energy, FPL Energy, Tenaska, and Vectren - Responsible for the research and acquisition of land for the construction of natural gas fired and coal fired electrical power generation facilities. WORK HISTORY (continued): Project Manager: Marathon Ashland Pipeline - Responsible for title research and easement acquisition for pipeline project for 135 mile Marathon Ashland Pipeline. Project Manager: Hoosier Energy Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. - Responsible to assist client with route selection, secure land for substation site, coordinate necessary appraisals, land survey, title research, title insurance, and secure easements for electrical transmission lines. Project Coordinator: SIGCORP Energy - Responsible to secure title and easement acquisitions for a natural gas pipeline project. Lead Land Agent: EOG Resources (State of New York) - Established field office for a large natural gas exploration project, including hiring personnel and writing and implementing the scope of work. Lead Land Agent: Citizens Gas & Coke/Citizens Resource Development: Lease negotiation and acquisition, and title research for a large three county New Albany Shale gas exploration project in Southern Indiana. Project Coordinator: GTE Wireless (now Verizon) - Responsible for inventory and audit of tower sites by geographic region. Project Coordinator: INDOT - Responsible for title research team performing research on various highway projects in Central and Southern Indiana Project Coordinator: Level 3 Communications (Chicago, IL to Cincinnati, OH); Responsible for identifying potential locations for In-Line-Amplifier (ILA) sites. Prepare reports outlining the infrastructure available to support the site and the zoning and permitting required. Work with engineering team to select the best site locations. Negotiate purchase price and option, buy, or lease the required land and any supporting easements, as well as acquiring the necessary zoning and permitting. 1982 to 1998: Independent Landman - Mid-Central Land Services, LLC Responsible for leasing mineral interests for the exploration of oil and natural gas, title research and title curative, and pipeline easement acquisitions for several major oil and gas exploration companies in various areas of the Mid-West and North East United States.
