The purpose of this presentation is to present Agrokomerc as a
respectable agribusiness company and profitable investment

Agrokomerc is the largest and best-known producer of agricultural
and food products in Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than 48
years.

 Established in 1968 as a small agricultural cooperative
Agrokomerc grew up over the years into the biggest poultry
and food producer in Bosnia and Herzegovina with wide
range of food products - from eggs, chicken meat, fruit and
vegetables, biscuits and chocolates to cocoa products and
coffee. It now focuses primarily on biscuits and chocolate
production and marketing.

 Capital structure: 90.33% state-owned, 9.33% private
 Number of employees: 250 (as of 31.12.2015)
 Size of company: In terms of assets, installed capacities,
sales and income, number of employees, Agrokomerc is a
large company.
 Agrokomerc has all needed resources for production of wide
range of agricultural and food products: human and natural
capital – young and well educated people with international
experiance, clean water, reach farmland suitable not only for
conventional, but also for ecological and organic fruit and
vegetables production (about 700 hectares); huge installed
industrial capacities (9 factories), agricultural and industrial
infrastructure (cold storage, warehouse and grain silos).
Most of these facilities are located in Agrokomerc Food
Industry Complex with an area of 77,000 sq meters.
Agrokomerc also has an attractive and very favorable
geostrategic location in Una-Sana Canton in NW Bosnia
and Herzegovina.

