In accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard
Emergency Response Act of 1987 (40 CFR Part 763), the Oneonta City School District
is required to notify the public of the availability of the Management Plan. This memo
is intended to fulfill this requirement, stating that the Asbestos Management Plan for
the school building is available and kept on file at the:
