This is the text explaining the theory proposed by the author of "The

START:
* The theory introduces the concept about:
"Global Warming, the consequent perennial snow-ice melting,
resulting in, water increase in oceans, or weight increase, and also, a
consequent movement of tectonic plates, under the same oceans".
* The theory described here is proposed to explain the sequence of
earthquakes, occurred between the years 2009 and 2010, in Pacific
Fire Circle-Ring and, in tectonic plate & magma column in Haiti, as
well as volcanic-seismic events occurred in the Meso Atlantic Dorsal.
Citing as an example, the Iceland eruption, March 2010, also with the
dump material from its own magma column.
* The theory described here argues that, the tectonic plates at the
ocean ground are influenced by direct physical effect, caused by
weight of water on their fields. And, the direct effect of increased water
mass on the plates, caused by global warming, and consequent
melting of perennial snow and ice, is the increase in friction-driveaccommodation, in their border regions.
What is reflected in the increase of; frequency, power and,
earthquakes duration, as which is already starting to happen.
* It is worth mentioning that in terms of weight, a single cubic meter of
water possesses the approximate weight of a ton and, in recent
decades were added to the oceans, a massive number of new cubic
meters from perennial snow and ice melted. Breaking an already
established natural balance.
Remember also, in future, we will launch more and more new bodies
of water in the oceans, and the cumulative effect of all this, will ensure
that only the overweight, will increase the sequence of events,
predicted by this theory, reported here.
#* The same theory described here also proposes to anticipate
that:

events occur, in a near future, in areas covered by Japan in the

in North America.
And, in Iceland, North Atlantic, a place with the increased danger
by its huge column of magma. It exists beneath the island,
formed in Meso Atlantic Dorsal.
Since both, the Hawaii and Iceland have originated from the
magma from the Earth's core, through their respective areas of
tectonic plates.
Other regions are also at risk for being under influence, of these
same fails potentially unstable, such as: Volcanoes-SantaHelenaMonteReinnier, or even, in the most extreme situations, a
possible movement at magma chamber, under Yellowstone
National Park ".
* NOTES:
1) In the northwest of USA, the Seattle area is particularly
vulnerable, because it’s also subject to tsunamis, as well as proximity
of a large volcano, and for many buildings in brick by brick, notoriously
fragile buildings against earthquakes.
2) The event in Iceland may cause sudden drop in temperature on
Earth, through the physical and climatic phenomenon known as
"Global Dimming".

Comments:
The tectonic plates move away, scrubs, hatch, climb, plunge, with
each other from many eras. All this movement produces friction,
energy,...,etc. Which is stored until release themselves at once, in
form of earthquakes and eruptions.
Everything was going very well since the last glaciations. That was
over 12,000 years ago, because at this time the Earth and its shaken
had already entered, into a kind of "march of normality”.
When then, natural phenomena, such like the cited here, happened
on same intervals, more or less alike.
Until man in his quest by irresponsible super profits stepped in, and
this "march of normality" of phenomena, seems to have been to the
hell.
Let's see then:
American and Dutch scientists, survey's ended at 2011, made the
best estimate to calculate, the weight of water in melting ice, both in
mountain glaciers around the world, but also of melted ice from
Antarctica and Greenland. And the result only at year 2006 is almost a
trillion tons, of new weight on marine tectonics plate. Only in 2006.
If we take into account every year, since when the man began to melt
ice on Earth. We see that did added more weight on marine plates. A
lot more.
NASA’s Scientists led by Dr. Eric Rignot. They analyzed the last 20
years, subject's data base. And they concluded that advancement of
melt is clear, and started well before these last 20 years.
It is not difficult to understand. Scientists agree that Earth's oceans have risen
twenty centimeters, on average, since beginning the melting of perennial ice
and snow.
Well, take the Pacific Ocean as an example: multiply its total area by twenty
centimeters,..., etc,..., take the water's constant, do that thing from the
school,..., etc, and we have the weight in tons. What means, how much
weight have these new centimeters of water.
This new total weight, in the example, is over the Pacific tectonic plates
systems.
In short: it's pertinent consider that, all this new weight, and also, the added
weight that will come in future, very capable of do accommodations,
anticipating the release of energy faults, causing, the seismics-volcanics
phenomena, which all of us are seeing now.
And we will see more at future.
And, why I talk about Cascades region with this emphasis? Is because the
Cascadia fault move cycle, is between 300 to 600 years, a kind of average, or,
this is the “normality march” that I spoke above.
The last Cascadia big move was at year 1700, with a huge earthquake and a
tsunami around 30 meters high.
Considering the Cascadia move average, we would still many years to
preparations, waiting the Big One day…, but, if. Don’t exist Green House
effect and, the Seas rise consequence, or, the connection with seismicvolcanic increase phenomena, (this is my theory’s core).
Nobody knows the day of an earthquake, this is beyond the human capacity,
and maybe in future we can do this correctly. But my argumentation is not so
impossible.
Well, the theory reported by Paul Coast does not want to say that the
extra weight of water, from the melt, is solely responsible for an
earthquake. But the extra weight acts as a trigger, which anticipates
the release of energy, already contained in fault, and that would only
be released later, such as the "march of normality" spoken above.
The practical result of what we know is: before, we had a single
massive earthquake event, every ten years. And today, in the last ten
years we had four of them, accompanied by three devastating
tsunamis.
Then see a picture of the Pacific Ring of Fire, for large earthquakes
have already happened, at last ten years:
• That happened in Indonesia, year 2004, the same with the tsunami
of nearly three hundred thousands deaths.
• The other not far, it was a destroyer, but without the big waves.
• The very violent in Haiti, which despite being at the edge of small
Caribbean Plate, which has its own column of magma. May also have
been influenced by the increased weight, on the waters of the Atlantic.
Or even a possible, "pushing with transfer of energy", from the
reasonably near and massive Pacific Plate. Thousands died on this
horrible episode and, the country was destroyed.
• The earthquake in Chile, year 2010, with a tsunami killer too.
• The recent, year 2011, devastating earthquake, with a massive
tsunami in Japan.
It's almost a pattern forming. At the Pacific's Ring of Fire region,
because beyond these mega phenomenon above, others smaller but,
no less deadly, burst into the same area. As the recent, year 2011, in
New Zealand, and a series of volcanoes that erupted there, around
the Pacific Plate.
And more recent earthquakes, years 2011-2012, (all the events in
Pacific coast), like: México, Acapulco-Chiapas- BajaCalifornia;
Aleutian Islands; Valparaíso-Chile,...,etc.
And they are events with more than six degrees, on the Richter scale.
In conclusion:
- According with the theory formulated by Paul Coast, in
April 2010, the author of "The Broken Knee Gang ... Revolution":
The remarkable next move, will be on the Fault of Cascadia, in
the west USA coast.
NOTES:
* In the theory proposed at year 2010, by Paul Coast, the massive
earthquake occurred in 2011, in Japan, was rightly cited as the first
coming big event.
* Under Hawaii there is a large column of magma, all contained in a
single plate, the Pacific Plate, so it is an area most subject to
volcanism.
* Under Iceland there is a large column of magma.
* The Meso Atlantic Dorsal, which divides Iceland into two parts, is a
type of fail caused by the separation, of a board side from another.
* Under the Yellowstone Park exists the largest planet's magma
chamber, connected to his own great column of magma.
* Haiti also possesses its column of magma and, it is not so big.
* Generally, the peak energy stored in a fault, is in its sector called
"roughness", and is the roughness which releases the last lock, and,
the fail's move happens. Generating an earthquake.
* Land that in his training has a lot of sand, old landfills in wetlands or
slopes, may suffer the phenomenon of "soil liquefaction". What is
most dangerous when an earthquake occurs, for a more long time.
Examples:
* Earthquakes in Mexico City, built on landfill in a lake. Subject to the
collapse of soil.
* In Kobe, Japan, built on sandy areas with slopes. Subject to
landslides.
And these both earthquakes caused extensive damage.
Expanding the context:
The brilliant study of Dr Maureen Raymo, year 2012, USA Columbia
University, concludes that the Bahamas was sunk ten meters, the
slope tectonics produced by weight, unless, the ice thawed in
Canada. It is this weight loss that affected the tectonic plate in
the USA. During the severe glaciation and thaw, this occurred four
hundred thousand years ago.
And yet, added up to ten feet sinking in the region of the Bahamas,
over ten meters of new water coming from the ice thawed. In short,
the Bahamas and the region sank twenty meters in total.
The work was published in the scientific
Magazine "Nature" recently and, Dr Maureen Raymo christens the
phenomenon of "seesaw effect", because it was enough ice
in glacial thaw, so that, without the weight of ice at one end, the
Bahamas and the region sliding in to another edge, like a seesaw.
** But what does this have to do with the theory proposed above, by
Paul Coast?
Simple, because the two studies talk about the physical effect of the
weight of ice / water, over the tectonic plates.
* In the case of Dr Raymo, the weight of ice, more or less, moving the
edge of the American Board Plate, in the Bahamas.
*In the case of the author and engineer Paul Coast, the weight of
raised water, coming from the melting ice across the Earth, is what
are causing the present tectonics plates accommodations, and
consequent earthquake and volcanism increase. In the meeting
regions, of the same tectonic plates.
But unfortunately, the correlation of these two studies is a huge
problem.
Because if we are right, much death and destruction is coming.
Especially in the Cascades region, USA west coast.
In conclusion:
