A Bill to Create a Program to Utilize Inmates For Medical Experiments

Be it enacted by this student congress here assembled that:

Article 1:
Any and all inmates in any and all prisons in the United States

should be allowed to join a government run program that uses
4
inmates for medical experiments of any kind. In return these
5
inmates will receive either a shortened sentence or a monetary
6
reimbursement. The reward shall be chosen by the inmate and
7
then negotiated with a judge in a federal court.

Article 2:
Prisons shall be defined as any and all jails in the United States
9
Article 3:
The Judiciary Branch in junction with any Public or Private
10
healthcare and or medical companies shall enforce and control this
11
Bill. Improper enforcement or inhumane misuse of inmates will
12
result in the nullification of this piece of legislation.

Article 4:
This bill shall take effect immediately upon passage.

Article 5:
All laws or portions of laws conflicting with the provisions of this
15
bill shall become null and void.
