Mrs. Prine’s Class August 22-26, 2016 What we are learning this week: Reading: Students will be able to answer the questions who, what, when, where, why, and how using an informational text. Some books we will be using to learn this skill are: Exploring Space with an Astronaut,_________ Language: Types of Sentences. Declarative and Interrogative Sentences. Declarative tells a statement Interrogative asks a question. Math: Test Topic 1 Topic 2 Addition Strategies Adding zero, one and two, doubles, near doubles, adding three numbers, and making ten to add. Science: Solar System We will be learning about the planets, solar system, and space.
