Your task is to create the outline for a creative story about your rock’s existence (the last 4.5 billion years). Your
rock’s history must pass through all of the phases (circles below) of the complete rock cycle (metamorphic,
sedimentary, igneous, magma, and sediment) in a realistic way. Include how the rock arrived at the spot where you
found it, here in Wisconsin (it should be from Wisconsin). Be as creative with your rock’s history as you wish;
however, be sure to keep the story realistic as to the possible stages your rock could have gone through.
