INSTALLATION OF PRIMER AND ELASTOMERIC COATING
A.
Examine substrates and conditions under which materials will be installed. Do not proceed
with installation until unsatisfactory conditions are corrected.
B.
Coordinate installation with adjacent work to ensure proper sequence of construction. Protect
adjacent areas and landscaping from contact due to mixing and handling of materials.
Surface Preparation: Comply with manufacturer's printed instructions and the following.
C.
1.
2.
Sto Guide Specification
Revised: August 2012
Clean surfaces of bond-inhibiting materials including oil, mildew, dust, and dirt. Refer
to Sto Procedure No. 1.01, Cleaning EIFS.
Surface must be dry at time of application.
