This innovative, easy-to-use interface gives consumers the ability to set and maintain water
temperature and flow with electronic precision. The ioDIGITAL interface is extremely versatile
and is available for three applications: vertical spa, shower and Roman tub.
“With ioDIGITAL, it’s like having your own personal digital ‘butler’ – that will set your vertical spa
with the perfect temperature and flow; turn on your shower from across the room or while still in
bed; or even top off your bath with hot water,” said Mark Knurek, senior product manager,
Moen. “And the best part is that you can do all of this as easily as if you were programming a
car radio. It’s that simple.”
The foundation of ioDIGITAL is its intelligent interface. Providing quick, visual feedback, LED
indicators flash until the requested settings are achieved – no more guessing if your shower or
bath is ready. Each LED on the temperature indicator represents a precise temperature range,
which allows the consumer to adjust the exact temperature to their liking. Even if water is
turned on in other parts of the home, ioDIGITAL will virtually eliminate any noticeable fluctuation
in water temperature. The LEDs will even alert the consumer if the hot water supply happens to
run low.
One of the greatest advantages of ioDIGITAL technology is the ability to program preferred
settings into memory. Up to four different presets can be easily programmed within seconds,
allowing every member of the family their own unique setting – from an invigorating morning
shower to a relaxing evening escape, and even a child’s bedtime bath.
ioDIGITAL technology is powered by an electronic valve that manages the hot and cold water
supply to precisely maintain the perfect temperature. This innovative valve can be located up to
30 feet from the tub or shower – in a linen closet, vanity, basement or under the tub – for easy
installation and retrofit flexibility.

ioDIGITAL Vertical Spa
For the ultimate blend of technology and indulgence, the ioDIGITAL vertical spa offers
command of precise temperature and flow, four custom presets and one-touch activation of
multiple water spray outlets. The consumer can choose custom settings with a showerhead,
body spray; handshower or rainshower… or choose them all.
Specific features include:

Four programmable presets

LCD screen which displays the current temperature, active spray outlets and
preset activation

Pause feature, which briefly interrupts the shower while the user shampoos or
shaves, then returns to the previous settings

The interface is available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze
finishes

Optional remote control (available in Chrome or Black) offers the ability to turn
the shower on from across the room or while still in bed
The ioDIGITAL vertical spa trim components are built on Moen’s revolutionary M•PACT®
common valve system, which allows a homeowner to change the spa style or finish without
having to change the valve. The ioDIGITAL vertical spa trim is available in a neutral design
which beautifully complements any home décor.
ioDIGITAL Shower
Similar to the vertical spa functionality, the ioDIGITAL shower interface will recall a preferred
temperature and flow at the push of a button, and the easy-to-read LED indicators will alert the
user when the preferred shower matches the settings. No longer will homeowners have to
guess if their shower has reached the right temperature – ioDIGITAL will alert them when it is
ready.
Specific features include:

Four programmable presets

Simple dials (one for temperature/one for flow) which allow consumers to quickly
and accurately set the preferred combination of temperature and flow

Pause feature, which briefly interrupts the shower while the user shampoos or
shaves, then returns to the previous setting


Rubbed Bronze


ioDIGITAL Roman Tub
One of the most unique applications in the ioDIGITAL suite is the Roman tub. This
revolutionary product will not only fill the tub to the perfect temperature, but even fill it to the
desired level.
Specific features include:

Three programmable presets

Child Lock feature disables all controls and remote operation for added safety

Interface is waterproof, allowing the user to safely install in or near the bath area

The wall-mounted interface is available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Oil
Rubbed Bronze finishes

Optional remote control (available in Chrome or Black) offers the ability to turn on
the tub from across the room – up to 30 feet away; or press the Hot Top Off
feature to easily warm your bath by filling the tub at the lowest flow setting with
the hottest water temperature
The ioDIGITAL Roman tub is compatible with a wide range of Moen’s Roman tub styles to
coordinate with any decorating style.
