The constitution is made up of three parts the preamble, articles and bill of rights.
 The preamble
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,
establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote
the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,
do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
The Preamble does not assign powers to the federal government or provide
specific limitations on government action. Due to the Preamble's limited nature, it has
almost certainly never been relied upon by any court as the decisive factor in deciding a
case, except regarding frivolous litigation.
 The articles of confederation
The first article sets up the legislative branch it sets up the House of
Representatives and the senate establishes the manner of election and qualifications of
members of each House, and outlines legislative procedure and enumerates the powers
vested in the legislative branch. Finally, it establishes limits on the powers of both
Congress and the states.
Article Two of the United States Constitution creates the executive branch of
the government, comprising the President and other executive officers.
Article three creates the judicial branch of the federal government. It also
makes the Supreme Court and all the lower courts legislated by congress.
Article four relates to states it provides for the responsibilities states have to
each other, and the responsibilities the federal government has to the states
Article five describes the process whereby the Constitution may be altered.
Such amendments may be proposed by the United States Congress or by a national
convention assembled at the request of the legislatures of at least two-thirds of the several
states.
Article six esatblishes and the laws and treaties of the United States made in
accordance with it as the supreme law of the land,
Article seven describes how many state ratifications were necessary for the
Constitution to take effect.
 The bill of rights
Also known as the amendments it states all the powers we the people have as
citizens of the U.S.A
First amendment, Free Exercise Clause; freedom of speech, of the press,
Freedom of Religion, and of assembly; right to petition, the congress can not make a law
that messes with any of them.
Second amendment, has the right to bear arms, the right to keep and bear arms
shall not be taken away.
Thrid amendment, pretection from houseing solders. No solder shall be
housed with out the consent of home owner.
Fourth amendment, portection from unreasonable search. The right of the
people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures.
Fith amendment, double jeopardy. Can not be charged with the same crime
that the person was already charged with and got off
Sixth amendment, the right to trial by jury. The accused has a right to a
speedy and public jury.
Seventh amendment, civle trial by jury.at suits by cammon law when the
value is ove 20 dollors the right of trial by jury shal be perserved .
Eighth amendment, probition of crul and unusale punishment. No crul and
unusale punishment shall be used.
Ninth amendment, Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Bill
of Rights. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to
deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Tenth amendment, powers of states and people. The powers not delegated to
the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people.
