1. Describe the relationship between the Colorado River, the Colorado
Plateau, and the Grand Canyon.

land uplifted, causing a big lake to empty its water, and
cutting a canyon. In a short time, the canyon was formed.

PART 4. Does Astronomy Confirm a Young Universe?
Yes.

Only certain types of fish survive the Flood. Perhaps fish eggs can
survive the flood.

No.
1. Why do people seek to explain the origin of life on earth from an
extraterrestrial source?

life means that they cannot understand how life could come
from the earth.

humans in the past 150 years?

and found to be useful, and sometimes vital to survival of
life.

evidence for evolution.
答：不合理的。They are not vestigial and therefore they do
not support evolution. Some are degenerate, while others
are essential backup systems. Like losing one arm does not
make one arm is vestigial.
4. Why do some see these features as evidence for a common ancestor
while others see evidence of common design?

5. Identify one of the features commonly claimed to be vestigial and
explain why that designation fails.
答：有用的。The appendix has been considered vestigial.
Yet, the appendix gives us enzymes to combat infection and
cancer.
