EXPERIENCE ASHORE
In December of the year 2000 I started my own company INGENAL s.r.l. in
Montevideo. The main activities of INGENAL s.r.l. are marine surveys, port
equipment certification and marine engineering.
Between seagoing contracts I develop activities as Marine Surveyor and Managing
Director of the Marine Engineering Company INGENAL s.r.l.
From the 31 July 2000 as Technical Director of NITROL S.A. civil and industrial
engineering Company. Also I designed and commissioning a centralized vacuum
system for a hospital.
Plant Manager from 1st September 1997 to 31 July 2000 for British American
Tobacco Ltd. (Uruguay). Responsible for the mounting, operation, maintenance and
optimization of the cigarettes factory in Montevideo. Implementation of a Total
Quality System. Also responsible for safety and security. factory personnel selection
and training.
SURVEYS FOR CLASSIFICATION SOCIETIES
In the period August 1993 to April 1997, carried out marine surveys “Continuous
Machinery Survey” CMS for the Ships Classification Society “GERMANISCHER
LLOYD” on ships of MONTEMAR S.A.
The 12th April 2005, I got from the BUREAU VERITAS the Authorization
No.1877/CRO to carry out inspections towards the continuous machinery survey CMS
