Reporting to: Delivery Manager
Position Purpose:
The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analysing Xchanging's business problems/ needs and working with the Technology team and
outsource companies to provide the business with technology solutions which are valid and efficient. This involves the end to end process for
deliverables attached to the solution, including business requirements, functional change specifications, test plans, execution, time and cost
estimates and managing stakeholders. The BA will be accountable for the delivery of the solution within time and budget, to the acceptable
standards of the business, in a high compliance and change management environment.

Demonstrated ability to recognise changes and act on the potential impact on the business
Sound knowledge of business process design principles
Sound knowledge of software development technologies, methodologies and standards
Demonstrated BA experience in planning, estimates, analysis of problems, developing
conceptual design and solutions that solves business problems
Demonstrated experience in analysis of proposed solutions that will meet business needs
and requirements and align with business and technology strategic direction and goals.
Sound knowledge or experience in Project Management for technology implementation
projects
Experience in business process architecture and modelling (ideally over a 3-5 year period)
Hands Configuration experience with workflow management software e.g. Guidewire,
sharepoint, K2 etc

 Reviews and feedbacks on project plan, resources, tasks and

 Follows Xchanging Australia methodology (Xpert/PRINCE2), standards
and governance in all aspects of project delivery.
