As at 14:00 hours, all debits had cleared with the expectation that credits balances would be cleared by end of day today. It is recommended, however, that customers contact their bank to confirm whether settlement has been successful. As the system problems affecting LIPS are ongoing, manual procedures will also be used tomorrow, Tuesday 26 June 2012. A further communication will be issued to update customers in due course, however, regular details are posted under ‘Status of Xchanging Services’ on https://insuranceportal.xchanging.com.
