Homework:
 Will be put on my teacher webpage every time it assigned. If you go to St. Bede’s

 There will be an assignment daily. After each lesson a range of practice problems will
be assigned as homework.
 Homework will be completed in pencil in a notebook.
 Homework will be checked daily.
 Every homework assignment is worth 5 points. If not completed and turned in the
next day, the student will receive a mark on their contract and an afterschool
detention. The student will complete the assignment in detention and turn it in then or
the next day.
 If absent, homework should be handed in as soon as possible. Students are given as many
days that they are absent to turn in work.
Quizzes / Tests:
 A quiz will be given at least every other week. Or after we cover 2-3 sections of a
chapter.
 If absent, a quiz or test may be made up after school or in the morning.
 If a student receives a low grade or is not happy with their grade they have the option
of correcting their quizzes or tests for half of the points they lost.
Extra Credit:
 Students will receive one extra credit pass(5pts.) per student per trimester. They are
allowed to use the pass on homework, quizzes or tests to increase their grade.
Grading:
 Students will be graded on homework, quizzes and tests
