Blessed John Paul II His focus was so much on the youth and evangelizing, especially in relation to Theology of the Body. He was always wanting to be with students; he started World Youth Day bringing the youth of the world together. He began the New Evangelization. Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit came down upon people to inspire them to speak Gods word faithfully and allow others to truly hear it. As a college based parish, this is largely our mission: to speak that others may hear and learn. Our Lady of Victory She is a great inspiration to all, especially females. Our Lady of Wisdom Wisdom so as to pray to her for the wisdom to succeed. This can apply mainly to students, that they have the wisdom to do well in their studies. This can also apply to the discernment of vocations. In college, many students are discerning their vocation, and by praying to Our Lady of Wisdom, they may be inspired by her and come to know what they are being called to. St. Michael He is the prince of the heavenly host and is out defender against the wickedness and snares of the devil. We are all called to be part of the church militant inside the Body of Christ. St. Paul encouraged St. Timothy in these words which apply also to college students. St. Thomas Aquinas He is one of the most influential philosophers and theologians in Christianity. He is the patron saint of students and those who usually attend Mass here are/were students.
