We have 2 packages that are designed to give you our customers the ideal online experience.
The first is Broadband Only service; the second is Broadband and a Voice Over Internet Phone service.

NOTES – Broadband Only Connections
All Broadband Only Connections come with a standard assigned private IP Address. The connections are on a contended /
shared bandwidth basis. The installation will encompass an Outdoor Unit attached to the gable end of the property and a
Network cable run to a location in the house. A small box is installed in the property and a power socket is needed and a
network termination box is installed and tested. The install will contain a preconfigured wireless router on an unmanaged
basis. These units can be replaced with your own equipment should you wish.

also supplied . Call charges are payable on this service and the call rates are available on request but are normally 20% +
cheaper than standard BT Rates.
DEDICATED Business Services:
For Business Users who require a dedicated internet connection with a full Voice Over IP System
(e.g. More than 1 phone) then please contact our technical team as these systems are available but
are delivered using different equipment. The technical teams details are 0114 292 3504 or

IT Support Services:
Crabtree Community Broadband (CCB) do not offer IT support services but we are happy to
recommend local companies that are able to help. CCB are looking after the Internet connectivity
side only (i.e. can you connect to the internet).
COMMUNITY BROADBAND
Please note that from the date of signature of this order form we offer a 21 day no quibble
cancellation policy / cooling off period. This must be put in writing to [email protected] before
the end of the period.

All orders are subject to survey. – Once order forms are received, a survey will be undertaken to ensure the
service level can be guaranteed. All services are backed by a comprehensive service level agreement which will
be sent with a contract once this order form has been received. – There will be a maximum of a two week lead
in period for orders to be installed.
