This packet has been developed to assist you in creating a plan for a Skilled Volunteer
Project for your organization. Successful completion of the packet will ensure that we
match you with an individual who has the skills needed by your organization, and one
who can contribute to best meet your objectives.
PART ONE – Position Development Worksheet This section takes you through a
series of questions to help you formulate the project/work assignment and other considerations
important to success. This information will assist you in completing the Position Profile on page 3.
