1. Key Issues
“Purifying polluted water” has become a common theme in the arena of environmental technology.
However, we at CWWI question whether this is the correct path toward progress. We believe that our
goal as environmentally responsible citizens should be that of developing technology which will provide
us with comfort without causing pollution. The time has come when each and every global citizen needs
to wake up to the fact that substances such as shampoos and detergents used in households and offices,
and agricultural chemicals used in farming are primary factors contributing to water pollution. These toxic
substances mix together in the wastewater, causing chemical reactions which release immense amounts
of dioxins into the environment.
In aiming to realize the spirit of Agenda 21 as it was proposed in the 1992 World Summit, we have
succeeded in developing a special water which has a cleaning power equal to that of detergents, and
emulsifies with oil. Our task now is to inform the people of the world about our discoveries and spread
the word about this earth-saving water.
2. Actions
We started our research with a private survey on the current state of water pollution, and gave a press
conference on the shocking results. We then informed the public of the possibility to live our lives and run
our businesses without using any chemical substances, simply by introducing this special water, which
we call Sosei Water, into our lifestyles. At present, approximately 1200 businesses, including hospitals,
kindergartens, dry cleaning shops, laundromats, beauty salons, restaurants and agricultural farms are
run without releasing chemical pollutants into the wastewater. Representatives from 15 of these
businesses spoke as panelists in our session. The conversion to a pollution-free business has brought
about a deep sense of satisfaction and prosperity to many. This style of business nips the source of
water pollution in the bud by eliminating the need to pollute water, which is different from stopping the
pollution of water.
3. Commitments
We will not use chemical substances such as detergents and shampoos in our daily lives and
businesses. More specifically, we will continue to use Sosei Water, which eliminates the need to use
these harmful substances. Furthermore, we will continue to actively appeal to individuals, businesses
and government agencies to wake up and recognize the purifying effect that Sosei Water has on the
2
environment.
4. Recommendations
We have entered the 21st century, a time screaming for serious action toward purifying the earth’s water.
The people of the world need to become conscious of the grave importance of protecting our water. One
natural proposal to come out of this awakening would be to institute taxes on industries and individuals
who are instigating this pollution. In other words, they will be economically penalized according to the
amount of water they pollute. However, an even better solution is to provide a way to live comfortable
lives and run profitable businesses without causing harming the environment. By educating government
agencies and various organizations about this reality made possible by Sosei Water, we can all strive
toward a future in harmony with nature.
