Currently manage a Department of 10 tenure-track and 8 non-tenure track faculty, and 6
admionistrative staff with a personnes and operating budget of 1 million euros.
Responsibilities include curriculum development and oversight of the undergraduate and
graduate programs, hiring of faculty and administrative staff, fund-raising activities, fostering an
active research environment for faculty and students, enhancing alumni relations, and serving as
the Department’s liaison to external constituencies. As Head of the Department every year I am
managing of raising a number of scholarships from banking institutions and manufacturing and
services corporations with a value ranging from 120,000 euros to 160,000 euros.

Currently manage a dual program (full-time and part-time) of 25 courses and operating a budget
of 1 million euros. The department offers 3 Master’s degrees: Master’s in Finance, Master’s in
Finance and Banking, and Master’s in Finance for Lawers. All three programs combined accept
up to 150 students every year.
Responsibilities include personnel decisions, budget planning and management, facilities and
technology, liaison to University administration, community engagement and outreach,
