Student Information Systems
Banner – Is an enterprise-wide solution, which we are currently in the process of implementing.
This solution stores information about our students such as demographics, academic history,
financial aid, courses, grades, standardized tests. It also stores information related to enrollment
management, financials, and HR/Payroll.
Colleague – Is an enterprise-wide solution, which we implemented one module – Student and
Financial Aid. It is used to store information about our students such as demographics, academic
history, financial aid, courses, grades, standardized tests.
Curriculum Management & Assessment Systems
Isidore – Is a learning management or curriculum management system. It allows students to post
their work and assignments in one place.
Legacy Web-based System – Is an outcomes assessment tool which, partnering with WebCT,
allows students to submit their projects/assignments within WebCT, and allows the instruction to
post their assessment of each project/assignment.
TaskStream – Is an outcomes assessment tool which allows students to submit their projects.
WebCT – Is a curriculum management system. It allows students to post their work and
assignments in one place.
Databases
SQL Server – Is a relational model database server produced by Microsoft.
Teradata – Is a relational database management system developed by Teradata Inc.
Unidata – Is an extended relational database produced by IBM.
Reporting & Analysis Tools
Microsoft Excel – Is a spreadsheet application developed by Microsoft Inc.
Cognos8 – Is a reporting tool developed by IBM Cognos Inc.
