Lydia Holmes Lydia Holmes is a Vice President at Carollo Engineers and is the Sustainable Solutions Group Manager providing services including evaluating impacts related to climate change. Carollo Engineers focuses on providing water and wastewater services and currently is serving in the program management role for the California Wastewater Climate Change Group in implementing their vision to be the recognized providers of education, leadership, and advocacy for the California wastewater community.
