Registration Process for Rising Sophomores
 Our meeting to discuss registration and distribute pertinent information to
parents and students will be Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 pm at Sunset
Middle.
 Please have your parents complete the following forms:
 All forms included in the WCS on-line enrollment process.
Parents will log into their Family Access account to find these
forms. In order to expedite the process, please complete these
forms prior to your registration appointment.
 Nolensville High School Registration form (scroll down for this
form)
 Mrs. Carter will be registering all sophomores via their homeroom period at
Ravenwood High School. The above forms can be turned in during
homeroom or at the meeting on January 20. Registration cannot take place
until all forms and the copies of two utility bills are submitted.

Award amount - $3,500 for 4-year institutions for Years
1 and 2 and $4,500 for Years 3 and 4; $2,000 for 2-year
institutions (no more than cost of attendance)
Entering freshmen (High School Class of 2005 and
thereafter) must have a minimum of a 21 ACT (980
SAT) OR overall weighted minimum 3.0 grade point
average (GPA). on the Tennessee Uniform Grading
Scale. This does not align to the WCS Grading Scale
that is reflected on your child’s transcript and report
card.
