INVESTMENT ALLOCATION AND ITS USE
Each urban plan defines „development sites“ also in terms of the
production functions of the city; special attention is paid to sites
for the allocation of investments of supra-local importance
(extent of the site, specific production and logistic programmes
….)
Definition of the potential of a site for these functions and
selection of utilisable sites as a crucial issue for the spatial
planning conception determining the development for decades to
come
