 The human heart pumps up blood
through the vessels.

blood cells, red blood cells, white blood
cell, and platelets.
Problems with the
cardiovascular system
 What Is Heart Disease?
 The heart is the center of the
cardiovascular system. Through the
body's blood vessels, the heart pumps
blood to all of the body's cells. The blood
carries oxygen, which the cells need.
How Do You Get Heart Disease?
 Heart disease is not contagious — you
can't catch it like you can the flu or a
cold. Instead, there are certain things
that increase a person's chances of
getting cardiovascular disease. Doctors
call these things risk factors.
Some problems with the
human heart.
 Atherosclerosis which clogs up the blood
vessels.
 Realizes the first one is natural which
clogs up the vessel the second one is
starting to clog up ones its getting full
like the 3rd one you can have a hard s
tack

The respiratory system /
pharynx
 Pharynx from the nose, air flows into the
pharynx or throat.
The respiratory system/larynx
 The larynx ,or voice box, contains the
vocal cords.
The respiratory
system/trachea
 The larynx guards the entrance to a
large tub called the trachea or windpipe.
The respiratory system/bronchi
 The trachea splits in to two tubes called
bronchi
The respiratory system/lungs
 Your body has two large sponge like
lungs.
