In the following article we report the monitoring of a clinical case in a female patient 12 years old with class III skeletal mandibular prognathism which has been treated orthopedically with facemosk in late age. The aim of the appliance as the mask of front drive is to promote growth and improve dental function and aesthetic appearance of individual development.
