Ma Jun and
China’s Pollution Crisis
Eric Berger
•
Chinese pollution is gaining minor
global awareness and is beginning to
prompt major issues. China’s agriculture is
at high risk, as is the health of the people
and economic stability. Contamination was
a highly overlooked problem until now
when politicians and activists like Ma Jun
are bringing pollution matters to the
foreground of global awareness by starting
campaigns and charities that investigate
the pollutants killing China’s people and
land.
