By 2001, blogging was enough of a phenomenon that how-to manuals began to appear, primarily focusing on technique. It is estimated that blogging will peak in 2007, leveling off when the number of writers who maintain a personal website reaches 100 million. WHY BLOG??? Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject such as food, politics, or local news; others function as more personal online diaries. Form of expression WHAT’S ON A BLOG?
