What this project is about
• KCC wants some web pages that will show Year
6 students what the college is like
• They have made some blank web pages, and
have taken some photos
• They have written out some text to go on the
web pages
• Your job is to:
– put the text and pictures onto the web pages,
– add colour,
– add links that work

Each web page should have:
• An attractive banner with blended (faded)
images, and some suitable text – 980
pixels wide, 75 pixels high
• Use the special small pictures for the
banner
• At least one picture – but these must be
resized in Fireworks down to an
appropriate size eg 450 pixels wide)

The web pages should have:
• A consistent colour scheme
• Strong contrast between text and
background
• Sans serif fonts throughout
• Strong contrast between headings and
normal text
• All parts lined up
