They all believed the should be absolute
rulers.

Peter the Great would get along with
Frederick II of Prussia because they both
sought to modernize their country.

Peter the Great would most likely not get
along with Philip II of Spain because Philip
was ultra-religious. Peter wanted to
modernize his country and religion was
not a priority for him.
Peter the Great’s expansion left a lasting impact on Russia. Much
of the lands he won from Sweden remain a part of Russia. For
example, St. Petersburg is still a part of Russia

president, the judiciary branch, and a cabinet.
