Constant-On-Time (COT) SupIRBuck™ DC-DC Regulators The IR347XM and IR386X SupIRBuck family of products are easy to use, fully integrated DC-DC regulators featuring hysteretic constant-on-time (COT) modulators with adaptive dead time control and RDS(on) current sensing to achieve superior light load and full load efficiency. The products are designed with a 0.5V, 1% accurate internal reference voltage allowing very low and precise output voltage programmability. Each package size has two footprint compatible VOUT: 0.5V to 12V devices with different current ratings making it very easy to scale up or down Excellent efficiency at very low output current levels to meet optimal price and performance requirements.
