What is endangered species?


Endangered species is a population of
organisms which is facing a high risk of
becoming extinct because it is either few in
numbers, or threatened by changing
environmental or predation parameters.
IUCN (International Union for Conservation of
Nature) has calculated the percentage of
endangered species.
The present situation


There are 63000 kind of living things all over the
world. But more than 19000 kind of living things
are in danger.

The birds – 12.5%

What effect does it have on
people?
The endangered species will make people in
danger. All the living things are consist of
ecosystem pyramid. But if some animals
become extinct, other connected animals will be
endangered species, and then more and more
animal will be extinct. Finally, the ecosystem will
be disrupted and people can not live because
people live in symbiosis with animals.
