Healthy Food Dairy foods such as milk or cheese help keep our bones and teeth healthy. We need carbohydrates like bread and potatoes for energy. We can eat some sugary foods as well but too many of these types of food are bad for us.. Protein such as fish, meat and lentils help our body to grow and repair itself.
