The power factor is optimized, reaching 0.8 on 1 to 5 kVA models and 0.7 on 6kVA models, thereby offering higher performance and good efficiency for vital applications. The number of batteries is limited and the E4 LCD LT range insures a backup time from 3 to 6 minutes at 75% load. There is no extended backup time available. • Smart functions • The ECO mode function offers energy cost savings • Cold start function : it enables an emergency situation involving a total power cut to be overcome by starting the UPS using batteries without the main power supply. Remote control software • Practical design UPS status is seen at a glance on an intuitive LCD screen.
