Since analogs are defined as a 16b number, the range of the
scaler’s bounds may either be 0 to 65535 if it is treated as an
unsigned 16b number, or -32768 to 32767 if it is treated as a
signed analog number. If this error message is issued, this
version of the ramp will NOT perform any processing in
response to transitions on its inputs.
